Our Redeemer is having a “Baby Bottle Fundraiser” to raise funds for Cherish Center Between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Cherish Center in Okoboji provides services to girls and young women facing pregnancy in difficult circumstances. The provide counseling support and mentoring before and after birth, they provide a place for pregnant girls to live during the term of their pregnancy. They also lead abstinence programs to help prevent unplanned pregnancies.
The program will run from Mother’s Day May 8th through Father’s Day June 19th. Just fill fill the bottle with change (or cash or check) and return it to church on Father’s Day. It’s a great way to support vulnerable lives, trusting in Jesus’ promise that we will be blessed as we bless others.
